Chocolate is SO CONFUSING. Compound, Couverture, Summer etc.. omg.

Tried to make Cake pops today. was kinda okay But not fantastic. ONE, candy melts not available. TWO, tempering is a pain in the ass. THREE, I got mixed up with couverture and compound. FOUR, Singapore is just so freaking warm and melts everything in the way. SUCKS MAN.

SIGH. Just eating one pop makes me so FULL. its really Jelat. super.
